Job Description:

We are looking for individuals who are interested in long-range professional growth.  This position works under the general supervision of the DON, providing intermittent skilled nursing services, collecting Oasis data, and developing and assuring accuracy of the plan of care.  The ability to effectively communicate the patient’s progress and formulate changes needed to the physician and other disciplines is essential. 

Requirements:

• Must be able to speak, read and write clearly in English
• Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing in the State of Texas
• Home Health experience preferred, but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation
• Current Texas Driver’s License
• Proof of current automobile insurance
• TB screening within the past year
• Current CPR certificate
• Clean national criminal history background screening
