Physical Therapists with OASIS experience needed to provide, coordinate, and direct home care services in the field. Per visit rates apply. Geographical areas of need are: the Woodlands, Spring, Humble, Kingwood Occupational Therapists needed to perform assessments and treatment visits in the home throughout the entire Houston area. Certified Nurse Aides needed to perform Activities of Daily Living including bathing/dressing and general hygiene.
